Problem with Payment

I sent in my iMac and requested a check payment. I did receive the check for the amount offered and deposited the check in my bank on July 3rd. 

I got an email on July 9th stating there may be a problem with their check...this was 5 full business days after my deposit. Sure enough, overnight on July 9th, their payment was withdrawn from my bank stating their check they sent had insufficient funds. 

I called the customer service number, but was told that the billing department was not reachable by phone, only email. This seems very suspicious to me. 

I did set up a PayPal account and have requested re-payment using PayPal, but now I am very concerned since I can't speak to anyone about processing my payment, and I have no idea how long it will take for them to fix this payment error.
