NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Up until a month ago I had good experience with igotooffer.  Then I mistakenly checked EChase Pay for payment method and found out I that since I do not have Chase account I could not receive payment this way.  It was sent back to igotoffer on 10-26.  Cannot get through on phone# and have emailed multiple times but get no answer!!!!!
