Who Pays For the Shipment If I Want My Item Back?

In a rare case when we discover a hidden issue with your device, we have to re-quote it. If you don’t agree with the new price we offer, we ship the item back to you and we pay for the shipment, the package and all the incurring fees. You don’t pay a cent in this case!

However, as we state in our Paragraph 11 in Terms of Sale Agreement, if we refuse to accept an item after it had been delivered to our premises, or when a customer requests to return his or her device after it had been delivered to us, this item automatically becomes ineligible to a second trade. Thus if you ship to iGotOffer.com the same item for the second time, you will be charged for the shipping, the packaging and all the processing fees which will not exceed $100.
