Why Did You Charge Me When I Asked to Return My Item

We are sorry, but when we refuse to accept an item after it had been delivered to our premises, or when a customer requests to return his or her device after it had been delivered to us, this item automatically becomes ineligible for a second trade. This is clearly stated in Paragraph 11 of our Terms of Sale Agreement.

Thus if you ship us the same item once again, you will be charged the shipping, the packaging and all the processing fees which will not exceed $100.

Of course, we still pay the shipping when we return your item for the first time, if we didn't come to an agreement about re-quoting, if we discovered some issues related to the condition of your device during the inspection.
