The long version of this question prays: - I tracked the item I shipped on UPS (Fedex, etc.) Website. It says there that the item was delivered three hours ago, but I haven’t yet received a notification from iGotOffer. What happens?
Here comes our answer:
Dozens, if not hundreds of parcels are shipped to our premises every day. The postal service considers the package delivered at the moment it crosses the threshold of our office. It can take up to several hours to get the item checked into the inventory. As a rule we notify the customer immediately or in one hour that the item has been received. However, sometimes it may take up to 24 hours before we start inspection (even though these cases are extremely rare).
