Generally, after you ship your item to our premises, it may take several days before we receive it, depending on your location. After you see the tracking number showing the item delivered to our premises, it takes us up to 24 hours to get it checked into the inventory and carry out the data wipe. We send you immediately a notification via email after we check the item in. We'll test then the device out fully in no more than two days and confirm that it matches the configuration and conditions you selected when you requested the quote. Under extremely rare circumstances, an item may require additional testing. In this case we’ll also send you a notification. Then it may take up to two days to deliver the payment (usually it takes less time). If you believe that the whole process takes too long time, call or email us to get an update. Keep in mind that the post may take up to fourteen days to deliver the check, and we can't influence the UPS services.
