Yes, we insure every shipment. Filing a claim can be a lengthy process, so please make sure you pack the item properly. If the item is packed improperly, Shipping Carrier will not honor the claim, and we’ll have to revise our quote based on the condition your item is in when we receive it.
All the items sent to iGotOffer and covered up to the amounts up to $1,000. The Customer must provide documents confirming the loss of the package or the damage caused to the item sent by the postal service. The customer is responsible for proper packaging of the item. If the item was packaged by postal services, the proof of that will be required.
